Dear Indoor Air Quality colleagues and friends
Please note that registrations for Healthy Indoor Air: A Global Call to Action close on Sunday 14 September (this Sunday!) so please register ASAP to avoid disappointment. This is a strict registration deadline due to UN entry requirements.
You are invited to join global leaders, policymakers, scientists and health experts for this inaugural High-Level Side Event on indoor air quality, taking place on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.
Thank you to those who have already registered to attend the UN event.
If you have not yet registered, we invite you to do so ASAP.
Please also feel free to forward this invitation to individuals in your network who may wish to attend.
Date: Tuesday 23 September 2025
Time: 3.30pm – 5.30pm
Venue: UN Headquarters, New York
Co-sponsored by: France and Montenegro
Convened by: Australian Academy of Science, Burnet Institute,
Brown University School of Public Health and The OSLUV Project.
We also invite your organization to sign the Global Pledge for Healthy Indoor Air, which will be launched at this event.
We hope you will join us and like-minded organizations from across the world in being part of this Pledge, to drive action on making healthy indoor air a reality in all indoor spaces.
Please click the link below to view the Pledge, upload your organization’s logo if you wish to sign, and submit details of your organization’s representative to participate in the ceremonial signing at the UN event. This is required by Tuesday 16 September.
Please note that we ask you to keep the Pledge internal with your organization at this stage. Please do not share publicly as we are working with news media for exclusive reporting.
Many thanks to all partnering organizations:
